When my partner and I wanted to do something special for the guys who work with us on the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Maarten, we went beyond giving them money and taking them out to dinner. They're all family, and a beautiful older woman who everyone calls "Auntie" takes care of 15 island children every day in their home. Some of the children have moved in permanently. So, we bought them a goat. It rode in the trunk of the car for about a mile then found its new home to be just outside the back door where these children could love it everyday. They named him 'Spot' and our next gift will be a coloring book for the children of all the island animals created by me! Yes, Spot will be featured on the cover.
